What a hack! I discovered the issue of max resolution on my HP mini laptop 110-3736 one day after purchase. It had a max resolution of 1024x600. But my Canon Zoombrowser and EOS Utility refused to install saying min resolution required is 1024x768. Half days searching on net and when the Netbook Resolution Customizer Version 1.0 beta2 failed, I found this. Voila! This has worked. My notebook is now fooled to believe that it supports higher resolutions.
